Transforming PDFs into dynamic user experiences
Insights Discovery, the company's flagship product, was traditionally delivered as a static PDF. My task was to lead the redesign of the Digital Profiles feature, transitioning it from a simple PDF into a dynamic digital format. This transformation not only improved the user experience but also provided additional insights and interactive elements, enhancing the overall product offering.
Enabling global usability with RTL support
As Insights operates globally, it was critical to ensure the platform could support right-to-left languages, such as Arabic. This posed unique challenges from a user interface (UI) perspective, requiring thoughtful design adjustments to accommodate different reading patterns and align text, icons, and layouts correctly. Through meticulous design iterations, we successfully integrated right-to-left support, enhancing the platform’s accessibility for a broader user base.
Strengthening consistency with a unified design system
I contributed to the development and maintenance of Insights’ design system by crafting new components and patterns that aligned with the company’s evolving digital needs. My role also involved educating teams across the organisation about the design system's purpose and how to leverage it to maintain consistency across the platform.
